Mental Health Project
The Mental Health Project supports adults (18-65 years) experiencing mental health problems living in the community. Volunteers run a drop-in centre on Sundays and a group for mothers experiencing post-natal depression. Referral is usually through your health visitor. A befriending scheme provides 1:1 contact and support for social activities. Service users wishing to access the scheme should talk to their care coordinator.
